Aiwalay has joined the NVIDIA Inception program, a free program from NVIDIA that helps startups accelerate innovation and growth. As a member, Aiwalay gets access to NVIDIA's latest developer resources and training, exclusive pricing on NVIDIA hardware and software, and exposure to the venture capital community. For our clients, it means the AI agents, voice systems and custom models we build are designed with better access to the tools and training behind modern AI infrastructure.

We are a small AI engineering company. Most of our work is building systems that answer phones, reply on WhatsApp, qualify leads, book appointments and run back-office tasks for businesses that cannot afford to miss a customer. Joining the NVIDIA Inception program is a step in how we build that work, and this post explains it plainly.

What the NVIDIA Inception Program is

The NVIDIA Inception program is NVIDIA's program for startups working on AI and other advanced technology. It is free to join and open to tech startups at every stage, from early teams to companies already selling into larger customers. According to NVIDIA, the program is built to help startups accelerate innovation and growth.

    Members get three main things:

    • •Developer resources and training. Access to NVIDIA's latest developer tools, documentation and technical training.
    • •Exclusive pricing. Member pricing on NVIDIA hardware and software.
    • •Investor exposure. Visibility to the venture capital community through NVIDIA's network.

What membership is, and what it is not

We want to be precise here, because "we work with NVIDIA" claims get stretched a lot in this industry.

Aiwalay is a member of the NVIDIA Inception program. That is the full extent of the relationship. NVIDIA has not invested in Aiwalay, does not endorse our services, and has not certified any of the systems we build. We are not an official NVIDIA partner or reseller. If you see us mention NVIDIA, it refers to this program membership and nothing more.

We think that honesty matters more than the badge. Our clients buy outcomes: calls answered, leads followed up, hours saved. The membership helps us build those outcomes better. It does not replace the work.

What it means for Aiwalay clients

Most of our clients never think about GPUs, and they shouldn't have to. But the infrastructure underneath an AI system decides how fast it responds, what it costs to run, and where your data lives. Here is where the membership is relevant to the work we deliver.

    Voice AI and AI receptionists

An AI calling agent lives or dies on latency. If a caller has to wait two seconds after every sentence, the conversation feels broken and they hang up. Speech recognition, the language model and text-to-speech all have to run fast, one after the other, on every turn. Better access to NVIDIA's developer resources and training helps our team keep up with how speech and inference workloads are best deployed, which feeds directly into how we tune AI receptionist deployments for real phone traffic.

    Custom and self-hosted AI systems

Some clients cannot send sensitive data to a public AI API. Clinics, financial firms and businesses with data residency rules often ask whether a model can run on infrastructure they control. That is a hardware question as much as a software one. Member pricing on NVIDIA hardware and software gives us more options when we scope a private or on-premise deployment, and helps us give clients more realistic cost estimates before they commit.

    Computer vision and data-heavy work

Not every Aiwalay project is a chatbot. We also build systems that read camera feeds, process documents and turn operational data into decisions, like the AR C3 livestock supply-chain intelligence dashboard and our AI cybersecurity layer for Wazuh SIEM. Workloads like these are where GPU tooling and training matter most.

    WhatsApp automation and business automation

For WhatsApp automation and business automation, the change is less visible. These systems usually run on hosted language models and workflow tools. The benefit for these clients is indirect: a team that keeps learning the underlying AI stack builds more reliable automations on top of it.

    What does not change

Your project still starts the same way. We look at where your business is losing time or customers, propose a specific system, and give you a fixed scope. Our pricing has not changed because of the membership, and we will not push you toward NVIDIA hardware, or any hardware, if a hosted service is the better fit for your size and budget. Most small and mid-sized businesses are best served by hosted models, and we will tell you so.

We also keep choosing models and vendors on merit. We build with several AI providers, and we recently joined the Claude Partner Network from Anthropic as well. Neither membership is exclusive, and neither one decides what we recommend to you.

    Why we applied

We applied because the systems our clients ask for are getting heavier. A year ago most requests were simple chatbots. Today they are voice agents that take real calls, multi-step agents that act inside a CRM, and private systems that have to keep data on a client's own servers. Building those well needs a deeper understanding of how AI runs in production, not only how to call an API.

"We joined the NVIDIA Inception program to keep learning the infrastructure side of AI properly," said Syed Husnain Haider Bukhari, founder of Aiwalay. "Our clients don't need to know what runs underneath their AI receptionist. They need it to answer quickly, cost what we said it would, and keep their data where it should be. This helps us do that."

    What comes next

In practical terms, over the coming months we plan to:

    • •Use the program's developer resources and training to sharpen how our team deploys voice and inference workloads.
    • •Offer clearer options and cost estimates to clients who need private or self-hosted AI.
    • •Keep publishing what we learn on this blog, in plain language, so buyers can make informed decisions.

If you have been holding off on a voice agent, a WhatsApp assistant or a private AI system because of speed, cost or data concerns, now is a good time to talk. Read how we price projects on our pricing page, see real builds on our work page, or contact us with what you want automated. We will reply with a concrete plan.

Thank you to the NVIDIA Inception program team for having us. #NVIDIAInception

    Frequently asked questions

Is Aiwalay an official NVIDIA partner?

No. Aiwalay is a member of the NVIDIA Inception program, a free program for startups. NVIDIA does not endorse, invest in or certify Aiwalay or its services.

What is the NVIDIA Inception program?

It is NVIDIA's free program for tech startups of all stages. It helps startups accelerate innovation and growth through access to the latest developer resources and training, exclusive pricing on NVIDIA hardware and software, and exposure to the venture capital community.

Does this change Aiwalay's pricing or services?

No. Our services and pricing stay the same. The membership gives our team better access to tools and training, which helps when we scope voice AI, custom AI and self-hosted deployments.

Will Aiwalay require NVIDIA hardware for my project?

No. Most businesses are best served by hosted AI models. We only recommend dedicated hardware when a project needs it, for example to keep sensitive data on infrastructure you control.
