    Aiwalay provides AI-powered automation solutions including AI calling agents, WhatsApp automation, CRM integration, and business process automation. Our Services are designed to help businesses automate customer communications and operational workflows.

    3. Account Registration

    To use our Services, you must:

    • Provide accurate and complete registration information
    • Maintain the security of your account credentials
    • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
    • Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter contracts

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Violate telecommunications regulations or privacy laws
    • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing communications

    5. AI Disclosure

    You acknowledge that our Services utilize artificial intelligence to conduct conversations. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws regarding AI disclosure in your jurisdiction. We recommend transparently disclosing to your customers when they are interacting with AI.

    6. Payment Terms

    Fees for our Services are outlined in your service agreement. Payments are due according to the billing schedule specified. We reserve the right to suspend Services for non-payment after providing reasonable notice.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All intellectual property rights in our Services, including software, algorithms, and documentation, remain our exclusive property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use our Services as provided.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aiwalay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.

    9. Termination

    Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services immediately for violations of these Terms.
