White-Label IT & AI Back Office
You run the company and own the client. We are your back office.
Agencies, consultants and IT firms sell AI agents, apps, websites and CRM builds under their own brand, and AI Walay's engineers deliver them behind the scenes. Your client only ever deals with you: your name on the work, your email domain, your project channel. We stay invisible, and we never contact your clients.
In short
Aiwalay provides white-label it & ai back office for businesses worldwide. You run the company and own the client. We are your back office. Services include white-label ai agents, white-label web and mobile apps, white-label crm and gohighlevel and more, built with React, Next.js, Flutter. Every engagement starts with a free consultation, is scoped and priced in writing before work begins, and you own what we build.
What we offer
White-label AI agents

White-label web and mobile apps
SaaS products, client portals, websites and iOS and Android apps, built to your spec and handed over as yours.
White-label CRM and GoHighLevel
Snapshots, pipelines, automations, custom CRMs and API integrations for your client accounts.
Dedicated engineers
Developers who work inside your Slack, Teams or Jira on a monthly basis, as an extension of your team.
Overflow and rescue projects
Take on work you would otherwise turn down, or hand us a stalled project to finish and stabilise.
Ongoing support under your name
Hosting, monitoring, fixes and improvements for your clients, reported to you so you can bill as you choose.
Your brand in front. Our engineers behind it.
You keep the relationship, the pricing and the credit. We handle scoping support, design, development, QA and maintenance, and report to you in your own channel so you can update your client however you like.

How the partnership works
1NDA and non-solicit
We sign both before you share any client details. Your clients stay yours, during and after our work together.
2Plug into your workflow
We join your Slack, Teams, Jira or ClickUp and work under your brand, with a named lead and agreed overlap hours.
3We build, unbranded
Scope and price agreed in writing, regular demos for you to show your client, and code, documents and apps that carry only your name.
4You deliver and keep the margin
You hand over the finished work as your own and bill your client at your price. We stay on for support if you need it.
Technologies we use
White-Label Back Office: frequently asked questions
Will my clients ever find out you built it?
Not from us. We work under your brand, use your email domain and project channels if you want, ship unbranded code and documents, and never contact your clients directly.
Who owns the code and intellectual property?
You do. Ownership of everything we build for a project transfers to you once it is paid for, so you can pass it on to your client cleanly.
Do you sign an NDA and a non-solicitation agreement?
Yes, before any client details are shared. The non-solicitation covers your clients and continues after our work together ends.
Are your engineers full-time, or freelancers?
Delivery is done by AI Walay's own team, led by a named project lead who stays with your account. We don't pass work to anonymous freelancers.
How do you handle time zones?
Our working day overlaps the Gulf, Europe and Southeast Asia, with agreed overlap hours for US and UK partners and same-day replies in your channel.
How does pricing work?
Three models: a fixed price per project, a monthly retainer for a block of hours, or dedicated engineers per month. You set your own price to your client and keep the margin. Book a call and we'll quote against your pipeline.
What happens if an engineer leaves?
Every project is documented and has a backup engineer who knows it, so a change in the team doesn't stall your delivery.
What have you delivered?
Apps, CRMs, websites and AI agent systems for media, energy, industrial, awards and marketplace clients. See the case studies on our Work page.
