Aiwalay has been accepted into the Claude Partner Network, the program Anthropic launched on March 12, 2026 for organizations that help businesses adopt Claude. For our clients, it means the AI agents, voice systems and automations we build on Claude come from a team that is part of Anthropic's partner program and builds on Claude every day, with a focus on tool use, the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and safe deployment.
Aiwalay builds AI systems that do real work for businesses: agents that act inside a CRM, AI receptionists that take calls, WhatsApp assistants that qualify and book leads, and custom tools that connect AI to a company's own data. Claude is one of the models we build on most, and joining the Claude Partner Network formalizes that work.
What the Claude Partner Network is
Anthropic launched the Claude Partner Network on March 12, 2026. It is a program for organizations that help businesses adopt Claude, and Anthropic backed it with an initial $100 million commitment. Membership is free and open to organizations bringing Claude to market, from consultancies and agencies to software companies.
In June 2026, Anthropic added a Services Track for firms that deliver Claude projects for clients. That track has tiers, such as Select and Preferred, with requirements around certifications and customer work. Our application was accepted and we are a member of the Claude Partner Network. We are not claiming a specific tier in this post, and we will only describe one publicly once it is confirmed.
What it is, and what it is not
To be clear about the relationship: Aiwalay is a member of the Claude Partner Network and a Claude partner in that sense. Anthropic does not endorse our services, has not invested in Aiwalay, and is not responsible for the systems we build. Every project we ship is our own work and our own responsibility.
What the membership does show is that we build on Claude seriously enough to join the program Anthropic created for exactly this kind of work.
How Aiwalay builds on Claude
Most of what clients ask us for today is not a chatbot. It is an agent: a system that reads a request, decides what to do, uses tools to do it, and reports back. Claude is well suited to that work, and it shapes how we build.
AI agents with tool use
An agent is only useful if it can act. With tool use, Claude can call functions we define, such as looking up a customer in your CRM, checking calendar availability, creating a ticket or drafting a follow-up. We write those tools, set what each one is allowed to do, and add approval steps for anything sensitive. That is how an agent goes from answering questions to finishing tasks. Our business automation and CRM integration projects are built this way.
MCP servers that connect AI to your systems
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard for connecting AI assistants to tools and data. Instead of building a one-off integration for every assistant, you build an MCP server once and any MCP-compatible client, including Claude, can use it.
We have built and open-sourced MCP servers ourselves. The PSX MCP Server exposes Pakistan Stock Exchange quotes, dividends, announcements and index data as tools an AI assistant can call. The Opportunity MCP Server lets any assistant search scholarships, fellowships, internships and conferences. For clients, the same approach means we can give Claude safe, structured access to your inventory, bookings, documents or internal databases, without handing it your whole system.
Voice AI and AI receptionists
Our AI calling agents and AI receptionist deployments need a model that follows instructions closely, stays on script when it should, and hands off to a human when it should not continue. Claude is one of the models we use for the reasoning layer in these systems, alongside speech recognition and text-to-speech. If you are comparing options, our guide to AI receptionist cost breaks down what these systems cost to run.
WhatsApp automation and knowledge assistants
For WhatsApp automation, Claude handles the conversation: answering questions, qualifying the lead, and passing booking-ready customers to a calendar or a person. When the assistant needs to answer from your own policies and documents, we add a retrieval layer, as described in our guide to building a RAG chatbot for a business knowledge base.
Safety and reliability for business deployments
Businesses do not care how clever a model is if it says the wrong thing to a customer. Reliability is most of our job, and it is a big reason we build on Claude. In every deployment we:
- •Limit what the agent can do. Each tool has a narrow job and clear permissions. Agents that can read your CRM cannot delete from it unless that is explicitly needed.
- •Add human approval for sensitive actions. Refunds, cancellations, payments and anything irreversible go to a person first.
- •Ground answers in your data. Agents answer from your documents and systems, and say when they don't know instead of guessing.
- •Log everything. Every conversation and tool call is recorded, so you can review what the agent did and why.
- •Test before launch. We run agents against realistic conversations, including awkward and adversarial ones, before they talk to a real customer.
None of this is unique to Claude, and we apply it with every model we use. Being part of the Claude Partner Network keeps us close to how Claude is meant to be deployed as we keep improving these practices.
What it means if you are a client
Your project scope, ownership and pricing do not change. You still own what we build, and we still choose models on merit. Claude is a strong default for agent and tool-use work, but if another model fits your use case or budget better, we will say so. We are also a member of the NVIDIA Inception program, which supports our work on voice AI and self-hosted systems. Neither membership is exclusive.
"We have been building agents and MCP servers on Claude for a while, so joining the Claude Partner Network was a natural step," said Syed Husnain Haider Bukhari, founder of Aiwalay. "For clients, the point is simple: the agent should do the job it was built for, safely, and we should be able to show them exactly what it did."
